Building Resilience, One Community at a Time...
I work with communities of all backgrounds to promote disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. My efforts take a particular focus on historically disenfranchised and under-served populations, who often face systemic barriers to recovery after disasters. These photos capture two of my workshops, where I provided participants with practical knowledge and tools, including waterproof zip-lock bags filled with essential resources. By equipping communities with these tools, my mission is to foster resilience and ensure equitable access to disaster preparedness education for everyone.
